NBE Account Access Updates

As a result of the information technology enhancement, your e-mail username will no longer be
valid because the new system will require you to utilize your 8-digit customer ID number as your username.

Your customer ID number and a new password will need to be created to access your account. Your customer ID was automatically generated when NBE underwent the technology upgrade.
