2025 MOCE Participation CME Claim Instructions

Claiming Continuing Medical Education Credit for 2025 Participation in MOCE®

Accreditation and Designation

ASE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide accredited continuing education for physicians.

ASE designates each enduring material activity for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Satisfactory Completion

To claim all eight (8) CME credits for each exam type, you must successfully complete all 48 questions for each one. Partial credit is not available. Credits can be purchased for 15 USD for each exam type completed. Complete a CME evaluation for each type completed and then generate a printable certificate.

Participants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physicians will earn MOC and/or MOCA 2.0 points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.

Make sure to provide your Specialty Board Registry Number(s) and Birthdate when you log in to claim credit.

Go to asecho.org and click Log In.

After account creation, you will receive a verification email from noreply@asecho.org. You must verify your email to activate your account.
Once verified, click the “Click Here to Continue” button and then be redirected to the ASE homepage. From here, Click the “My Account” button. Click the My Account button.

Click on My Learning in the left-hand menu, and then select My Specialty Boards.
Add your birthdate, then any Specialty Board Registry Numbers in the appropriate fields.

Purchasing MOCE / CME Credit

From the Learning Hub, select Browse Catalog to navigate to the Education Catalog.

The following catalog listings are available for purchase.

  • MOCE | ASCeXAM
  • MOCE | Advanced PTEeXAM
  • MOCE | Basic PTEeXAM
  • MOCE | CCEeXAM

Each 8 credit claim is 15 USD. To claim CME for multiple exam types, learners must pay the fee for each applicable listing. Add selection(s) to cart and complete the checkout.

Completing Evaluations & Claiming MOCE/CME

Once the fee(s) has been paid, learners will automatically be enrolled in the evaluation (due no later than February 8, 2026) associated with the exam type(s) purchased. Learners can access and complete these evaluations via their Learning Center within the ASE My Learning Hub. Upon completion of the evaluation(s), (due no later than February 8, 2026), you will have immediate access to view/download the CME Certificate(s) via the Learning Center.
