For physicians who took the 2011 ReASCE or who have previously passed the ReASCE, please refer to the 2011 ReASCE Certification Requirements and Application to apply for certification.

To have your certification application considered at the next ASCeXAM/ReASCE Certification Committee meeting, your complete application must be submitted no later than March 2, 2012. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the committee.
